All this work is performed entirely by hand
guaranteed to be 100 % from your dog's undercoat.
The various manufacturing stages are :
CARDING
The dog's coat is carded so as to obtain
a smooth aerated consistency.
SPINNING
The dog's undercoat is spun on a traditional
spinning wheel. The spinning of 2 separate
threads is necessary before the final spinning of
the actual wool is achieved.
WASHING and DRYING
Washed and dryed in spring water through 6
sucessives baths, the wool is dried in skeins in
open air.
THE BALLS
Finally, the skeins are rolled into balls of
50 grams each, with your dog's name.
